Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $30 delivered to addresses within the continental United States. Orders totaling under $30 will be assessed a $6 flat rate shipping charge. If you are wanting an order shipped to Canada please email thediaperbagboutique@gmail.com prior to purchase to receive a shipping cost estimate. Currently The Diaper Bag does not ship orders outside the US and Canada.
Orders are typically packaged and shipped out within 24-48 hours. Customers will receive a tracking number sent to the email they entered at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.

Local Pickup/Delivery
We love our local customers and are happy to offer free local pickup and/or delivery on any purchase(no minimum purchase required). Delivery is available within 50 miles of Walcott, North Dakota.

Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so if you just didn't quite get exactly what you wanted you may do an Exchange within 30 days of your delivery. Items must be unused, in unworn condition with no defects or stains, with all tags attached and all package slips included with the return.
We do not accept straight Returns. Return shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer; The Diaper Bag is not responsible for returned shipping costs.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your exchange once we receive it.
